New in 2005 is the beautiful home located directly on the Chesapeake Bay with a 180 degree view of all the bay wonders.  Once in the house you will feel like you are afloat on the beautiful bay with your nearest neighbor to the northeast being Smith Point Light; Tangier and Smith Island to the east; and the Great Wicomico and Windmill Point Light to the south.  The view from this house cannot be beat with window walls everywhere enabling you to enjoy one of the most spectacular views in the Northern Neck.

  

Bayshore Point is located about 3 miles from Reedville and very close to marinas, charter boats, and Tangier and Smith Island cruises.  A public boat landing is minutes away for those guests who wish to bring their boat with them.  We can also help you arrange your charter fishing trip in the Chesapeake Bay.  Bayshore Point is fully furnished and equipped for weekend and weekly rental on a year round basis.  Sorry NO PETS OR SMOKING. 

Features of the house include central air-conditioning; built in stereo sound system with CD/DVD; phones and cable TV throughout the house; fully equipped kitchen including range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, garbage disposal; and washer and dryer in the utility room.  With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Bayshore Point can comfortably accomodate 6 adults and 1 or 2 children. Bayshore Point is tastefully furnished and decorated and every effort has been made to make your leisurely stay on the Chesapeake Bay most comfortable.
